The beaches in Chiba, Japan are vast and many are remote, allowing you the chance to unwind from city life. Just over a 2 hour train journey from Tokyo, you will find Makuhari beach within 7 minutes walking distance from Kaihimmakuhari train station. On a clear day you can see Skytree Tower standing tall amongst the Tokyo skycrapers. In the evenings it lights up in an array of vibrant colours. I sat on the beach and watched the sun slowly set like a huge, glowing orange in the sky. It was the perfect view for any beach lover. Landscape photography allows you to become enveloped in nature while giving you the chance to really capture its beauty.

I was lucky enough to meet these two wonderful ladies at Blackrock Beach in Dublin. They represent what young Dublin is all about, confident, friendly and sassy. They were enjoying themselves when I asked to take their picture. They excitedly said yes and gave me their best poses. This is why I love portrait photography and how it captures the essence of a personality.
